Shipping Info

All purchases are final once we finish our pre-orders on July 11th. After that date, no cancellations or changes can be made.

Shipping will start by the end of July when we receive everything from our suppliers. If there is a delay, you will be informed.

If you want to change your shipping address before your order ships, kindly send an e-mail to hola@pawlasimon.com and provide a new one.

Please note that we are not responsible in case of loss and, unfortunately, we are not able to refund the order,

All products are shipped from the European Union (Barcelona, Spain).
Customs fees are not included in your order nor shipping total. Please note we cannot guarantee your order will be customs fees free since it's subject to your country rules.

If you are from Barcelona or can get there, you will receive an e-mail in case you want to pick up at some point near you and will refund the shipping :)

Return Policy

If you don't receive your order 1 month after you received your shipping confirmation e-mail (not to be confused with order confirmation e-mail), kindly send an e-mail to hola@pawlasimon.com with your order number and will provide you support.

If you receive your CD damaged (e.g.: jewel case or the physical CD broken), kindly e-mail hola@pawlasimon.com with your order number and we will send you a new one free of charge.

Please, make sure you check the t-shirt guide to check your size. We can't change the size of the t-shirt once the order it's placed since we have to send that information to our supplier.
